You must breed them, care for them, help them grow, and cure them if they get sick. Along the way you can buy supplies, medicine, research technologies or invest in advertisement to enable you to discover rarer and rarer species until you find the Magic Fish. All of this will be financed by selling exotic hybrids in your shop. The game runs in true real time, so that if your device is turned off or you exit the game, hours later small fish will have grown larger and new surprises await you.

Go Jack

 Don't be put off by the plain design and lack of audio. Play a few hands of Go Jack and you might find yourself sucked in. Essentially, the game adds a trading option to blackjack. The flat green background shows buttons for the traditional actions hit, stand, and split, plus a trade button that lets you switch hidden cards with another player. If you accumulate five cards without going over 21, you win automatically. You can only swap cards with each player once in a game, whether you or the other person initiated the trade. Because of this, preemptive trading can protect your later chances. You can trade with a busted player, but that might "unbustify" them and increase your competition. The artificial players--who, judging by their bios, are based on buddies of the main programmer--show lots of personality. You can turn cussing on or off in File > Options. Registering for five bucks gets you a cheats menu. The install is polite enough, but the download file is generically named "setup.exe". Despite the primitive interface, Go Jack is ridiculously fun.
